All rental items are provided for the dates and times agreed upon at the time of reservation. Customers are responsible for the proper care and use of all rental equipment while it is in their possession.
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Rental items must be kept in the same condition in which they were delivered and must be ready and accessible for pickup by C&I Party Rentals at the agreed pickup time.
A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required to reserve rental items and secure your event date. Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
The deposit is applied toward the total rental balance. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms stated on your invoice or rental agreement.
The 30% reservation deposit is non-refundable because it reserves rental equipment and your event date. If the customer cancels the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded. Any additional payments, refunds, credits, or cancellation charges will be handled according to the signed rental agreement and applicable law.
Delivery and pickup fees are not included unless specifically stated in your quote. Fees are based on distance, location, order size, and accessibility.
Customers must provide safe and clear access to the delivery and pickup area. Additional charges may apply for stairs, elevators, long-distance carrying, difficult access, or additional labor.
Rental items must be ready and accessible at the agreed pickup time. Additional charges may apply if our crew is required to wait, make an additional trip, or perform services not included in the original agreement.
Customers are responsible for all rental equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by C&I Party Rentals. The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, damage, misuse, excessive cleaning, or missing items caused by the customer, guests, vendors, or other persons at the event. Repair, cleaning, or full replacement charges may apply based on the condition and replacement cost of the equipment.
For safety reasons, customers may not move, modify, dismantle, or relocate tents or other equipment installed by C&I Party Rentals. Tents must remain properly secured at all times. Customers must not remove stakes, weights, straps, sidewalls, or other safety components. In the event of high winds, severe weather, or unsafe conditions, C&I Party Rentals reserves the right to delay installation, cancel installation, or remove rental equipment when necessary for safety.
Before tent installation, the customer is responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities, including irrigation lines, electrical lines, gas lines, water lines, and any other underground systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&I Party Rentals is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other underground property that was not properly identified, marked, or disclosed by the customer before installation.
The installation area must be clear, level, and accessible before our crew arrives. Please remove vehicles, furniture, decorations, pet waste, and other obstacles from the installation area.
If staking is not permitted or cannot be safely performed, alternative anchoring or ballast may be required and additional charges may apply.
By approving the installation area, the customer confirms that C&I Party Rentals has permission to install and properly anchor the tent in the designated location.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals, or permissions that may be required by the property owner, HOA, venue, or local authorities before installation. C&I Party Rentals is not responsible for obtaining permits unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Any delays, restrictions, additional equipment, or changes required due to property rules or permit requirements may result in additional charges.
